1.Payday Fantasybook

Payday Fantasybook is the brand of Forinit Tech Private Limited ("Payday Fantasybook"). The Payday Fantasybook app offers sports-based online fantasy games. Payday Fantasybook as used herein shall be construed as a collective reference to Payday Fantasybook platforms and the Payday Fantasybook app.

Legal Disclaimer for U.S. Fantasy Sports Participants

Fantasybook offers fantasy sports contests that are designed to comply with applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). Participation is permitted only in states and jurisdictions where such fantasy contests are legal

do not permit participation from users in states where fantasy sports contests are restricted or prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether they are eligible to participate based on their local laws. Users must be 18 years or older (or the minimum age in their jurisdiction, if higher) to register and participate.

By entering any contest, users affirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and are participating in compliance with all applicable laws. Payday Fantasybook reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform for any user found to be in violation of these requirements

Game of Skills

It is imperative to understand that the Payday Fantasybook app is solely based on the game of skills, not a game of chance(s).

Why Payday Fantasybook is game of Skills?

Payday Fantasybook is considered a game of skill because it involves users creating virtual teams based on real players and their performance in actual sports events. Participants use their knowledge of the game, players' statistics, and strategic decision-making to form teams that they believe will perform well in a given match. The outcome is determined by the real-world performance of the chosen players during the match, making it a skill-based game rather than one purely based on chance.

2.Usage of Payday Fantasybook app

• Payday Fantasybook is intended solely for users physically located within permitted jurisdictions in the United States where Daily Fantasy Sports are legal. The platform employs geo-location technology to detect the user’s real-time location. Users located in or attempting to access Payday Fantasybook services from restricted jurisdictions will be blocked from accessing or participating in contests.
• By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  - Access is prohibited from jurisdictions where DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports) is restricted or illegal.

  - Geo-blocking technology is used to prevent access from such regions.

  - Use of VPNs or location-masking technologies is strictly forbidden and may result in suspension or termination of the account.

  - Users must ensure that they are not violating any applicable laws of their jurisdiction while accessing our platform. Payday Fantasybook is not liable for any misuse of its services in breach of these location-based restrictions.

• Any person ("User") accessing Payday Fantasybook app for participating in the various fantasy games, available on Payday Fantasybook app shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Payday Fantasybook in relation to any Payday Fantasybook Services.
• It is imperative to understand that the Payday Fantasybook app is solely based on the game of skills, not a game of chance(s).
• Certain Payday Fantasybook Services being provided on Payday Fantasybook app may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect. To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail.
• Payday Fantasybook may, at its sole and absolute discretion:

  - Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to all or any part of Payday Fantasybook or Payday Fantasybook Platform Services;

  - Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Payday Fantasybook Platform Services;

  - Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User;

  - Move or remove any content that is available on Payday Fantasybook app;

  - Establish general practices and limits concerning use of Payday Fantasybook app;

  - Revise or make additions and/or deletions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest on account of revisions to the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event;

  - Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity (post such assignment intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids).

• In the event any User breaches, or Payday Fantasybook reasonably believes that such User has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has illegally or improperly used Payday Fantasybook or the Payday Fantasybook Services, Payday Fantasybook may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and without any notice to the User, restrict, suspend or terminate such User's access to all or any part of Payday Fantasybook Contests or the Payday Fantasybook Platform, deactivate or delete the User's account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User on Payday Fantasybook and further, take technical and legal steps as it deems necessary.
• If Payday Fantasybook charges its Users a platform fee in respect of any Payday Fantasybook Services, Payday Fantasybook shall, without delay, repay such platform fee in the event of suspension or removal of the User's account or Payday Fantasybook Services on account of any negligence or deficiency on the part of Payday Fantasybook, but not if such suspension or removal is effected due to:

  - any breach or inadequate performance by the User of any of these Terms and Conditions; or

  - any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Payday Fantasybook.

  - Users consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements from Payday Fantasybook or any of its partners, licensors or associates.

3.Intellectual Property

1.Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

1.1 Payday Fantasybook app includes content created by Payday Fantasybook, its partners, affiliates, licensors, associates, and/or Users.

1.2 The intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in all products and services underlying Payday Fantasybook app and the Payday Fantasybook Platform, as well as material published on Payday Fantasybook (including, but not limited to, games, Contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings, and Flash animation), are owned by Payday Fantasybook, its partners, licensors, and/or associates.

2. Restrictions on Use

2.1 Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any materials or content on Payday Fantasybook either in whole or in part without express written license from Payday Fantasybook.

2.2 Users may request permission to use any Payday Fantasybook content by writing in to Payday Fantasybook Helpdesk.

2.3 By acknowledging, the user declares that they are providing their details and information at their own discretion, affirming that the information provided is valid. The fantasy app is not available in restricted states of the US, and if a user is found playing from a restricted state, the app is not responsible for such use, and any money deposited will not be refunded.

3. Users' Content

3.1 Users are solely responsible for all materials (whether publicly posted or privately transmitted) that they upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available on Payday Fantasybook ("Users' Content").

3.2 Each User represents and warrants that they own all Intellectual Property Rights in the User's Content and that no part of the User's Content infringes any third-party rights.

3.3 Users agree not to display or use the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party on Payday Fantasybook.

3.4 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payday Fantasybook, its directors, employees, affiliates, and assigns against all costs, damages, loss, and harm, including litigation costs and counsel fees, in respect of any third-party claims that may be initiated, including for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights arising out of such display or use of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Payday Fantasybook, by such User or through the User's commissions or omissions.

4. License Granted to Payday Fantasybook

4.1 Hereby grant to Payday Fantasybook and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for the purposes of:

a. Displaying Users' Content on Payday Fantasybook.

b. Distributing Users' Content, either electronically or via other media, to other Users seeking to download or otherwise acquire it.

c. Storing Users' Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a charge.

4.2 This license applies to the distribution and storage of Users' Content in any form, medium, or technology.

5. Proprietary Rights

5.1 All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Payday Fantasybook(s) belonging to any person (including User), entity, or third party are recognized as proprietary to the respective owners.

5.2 Any claims, controversy, or issues against these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights must be directly addressed to the respective parties under notice to Payday Fantasybook.

4. Third Party Sites, Services and Products

1. Third-Party Internet Sites

1.1 Payday Fantasybook app may contain links to other Internet sites owned and operated by third parties.

1.2 Users' use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, posted by the sites.

1.3 Payday Fantasybook does not exercise control over any Internet sites apart from Payday Fantasybook and cannot be held responsible for any content residing in any third-party Internet site.

1.4 Payday Fantasybook's inclusion of third-party content or links to third-party Internet sites is not an endorsement by Payday Fantasybook of such third-party Internet site.

2. User-Third Party Interactions

2.1 Users' correspondence, transactions/offers, or related activities with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between the User and that third party.

2.2 Users' correspondence, transactions, and usage of the services/offers of such third party shall be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party.

2.3 The User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions prior to transacting or availing of the services/offers of such third party.

2.4 User agrees that Payday Fantasybook will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such transactions/offers with third parties.

2.5 Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third-party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.

3. Content Disclaimer

3.1 Payday Fantasybook contains content that is created by Payday Fantasybook as well as content provided by third parties.

3.2 Payday Fantasybook does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality of the content provided by third parties.

3.3 The User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions prior to transacting or availing of the services/offers of such third party.3.3 Such content may not be relied upon by the Users in utilizing the Payday Fantasy Book Services provided on Payday Fantasybook, including while participating in any of the contests hosted on Payday Fantasybook.

5. Privacy Policy

All information collected from Users, such as registration and credit card information, is subject to Payday Fantasybook's Privacy Policy which is available at Privacy Policy(LINK).

6. User Conduct

• Users must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, as well as all other rules, regulations.
• Payday Fantasybook has the authority to take remedial actions if users violate the terms, including restricting, suspending, or terminating access, deactivating or deleting accounts, and refraining from awarding prizes.
• Users are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update it as necessary.
• Users are not allowed to register or operate more than one account on Payday Fantasybook.

Communication Responsibility:

• Users should ensure they can receive communications from Payday Fantasybook and are responsible for marking emails or SMSs as "safe senders."
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords, and notify Payday Fantasybook promptly of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
• Users agree not to engage in various prohibited activities, such as using cheats, disruptive actions, unauthorized software, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
• Users are prohibited from publishing false content with the intent to mislead or harass others for financial gain or causing harm.
• Users are prohibited from actions that threaten the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.
• Payday Fantasybook reserves the right to restrict or change usernames that it deems obscene, indecent, or abusive without prior notice to the user.
• Unauthorized access to Payday Fantasybook is a breach of terms, and users must not use any automated means to access the platform without approval.
• Use of Payday Fantasybook is subject to existing laws, and Payday Fantasybook has the right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests.
• Users can reach out to Payday Fantasybook through the helpdesk for concerns regarding matches or contests within 48 hours of winner declaration.
• Users below the age of eighteen are not allowed to participate in paid contests on Payday Fantasybook.
• Payday Fantasybook is not held responsible for any content contributed by users on the platform.
• Users confirm their participation in contests in a personal capacity and not in the course of business or profession.
• Users have the full liability for the use of VPN while accessing and playing fantasy games in Payday Fantasybook app and also concerns and causes associated with it and Payday Fantasybook is not liable for Users using VPN.

7.Conditions of Participation

Acceptance of Terms:

By entering a Contest, the user agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the decisions made by Payday Fantasybook.

Disqualification and Prizes Return:

Payday Fantasybook, at its sole discretion, may disqualify a user from a Contest, refuse to award benefits or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if the user engages in conduct deemed unfair, improper, or detrimental to other users.

Unfair Conduct Criteria:

• Falsifying personal information required for contest entry or prize claim.
• Financial fraud or misrepresentation, including unauthorized use of payment instruments.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in syndicate play.
• Violation of Contest rules or Terms of Use.
• Accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods, such as automated bots.
• Use of automated means to collect or access information on the Website or from any User..
• Tampering with Contest administration or associated computer programs.
• Obtaining other users' information without express consent and/or knowledge.
• Spamming other users or abusing the Website.

Consequences of Violation:

In case of a user violating these conditions, Payday Fantasybook reserves the right to initiate appropriate Civil/Criminal remedies. This includes, but is not limited to, forfeiture and/or recovery of prize money.

8. Contest(s), Participation and Prizes

• As part of its offerings, Payday Fantasybook provides access to various fantasy sports contests through its platform, available via the Payday Fantasybook mobile application. These contests are based on real-world sporting events, and users participate by creating virtual teams composed of professional athletes from corresponding real-world matches.
• Currently, following contests are made available on Payday Fantasy Book App:

  1. Fantasy Basketball

  2. Fantasy Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

  3. Fantasy Football (American)

  4. Fantasy Soccer (American)

  5. Fantasy Baseball (American)

  Payday Fantasybook reserves the right to introduce or remove specific sports, leagues, or formats at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to users.

  8.2 Team Creation and Fantasy Credits :

  To participate, users ("Participants") must create their fantasy team(s) by selecting real-world athletes ("Players") involved in upcoming matches or events ("Sport Event"). Each athlete is assigned a set of fantasy credits, which are periodically updated based on recent form, performances, and availability. These credits are entirely controlled by Payday Fantasybook and may be altered at any time to reflect changes in athlete status or competitive balance.

  The selection of Players must fit within the credit cap set by Payday Fantasybook for each contest.

  8.3 Contest Deadlines and Adjustments :

  Participants may modify their teams until the official start time of the real-world event or until a revised deadline set by Payday Fantasybook. Payday Fantasybook reserves the right to:

  • Adjust the team submission deadline up to 10 minutes after the actual match start time to accommodate last-minute changes or data delays.
  • Abandon a contest if the actual start time exceeds the adjusted threshold or if unforeseen issues affect the integrity or fairness of the contest.

  Examples of such scenarios include, but are not limited to:

  • Delay or cancellation of real-world events
  • Non-appearance or withdrawal of players or teams
  • Interruption due to inclement weather or unforeseen events
  • Technical malfunctions on Payday Fantasybook’s platform (server issues, scoring delays, etc.)

  In the event of any such issue, Payday Fantasybook retains full authority to cancel or reschedule the contest, refund entry fees, or make alternate prize distributions, as deemed appropriate.

  Payday Fantasybook shall endeavor to notify users of such changes through email, SMS, push notifications, or in-app announcements, but shall not be held liable for delays in communication due to circumstances beyond its control.

  8.4 Point System and Scoring Rules :

  Points are awarded based on the real-life performances of selected players, in accordance with Payday Fantasybook’s official scoring system outlined in the “How to Play” section of the app. Each sport follows a distinct scoring structure. A brief overview is provided below:

  • Basketball: Points for scoring, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks; negative points for turnovers, fouls, etc.
  • Football: Yards gained, touchdowns, interceptions, sacks, field goals, etc.
  • Soccer: Goals, assists, clean sheets, saves, tackles, cards, minutes played, etc.
  • Baseball: Hits, home runs, RBIs, innings pitched, strikeouts, errors, etc.
  • MMA: Significant strikes, takedowns, submission attempts, wins, decision wins, etc.

  Points are updated as soon as official statistics become available, but may be subject to revision in the event of data corrections or technical recalibration.

  8.5 Winners and Prizes

  Participants whose teams accumulate the highest aggregate scores in a contest shall be declared winners ("Winners"). In contests with multiple winners, prizes are distributed in accordance with the ranks achieved by users' teams.

  In paid contests, users enter by paying a pre-designated entry fee, which includes:

  • A platform usage fee payable to Payday Fantasybook
  • A contribution to the prize pool, which is distributed among winners

  Prize distribution for each contest is displayed clearly on the contest page prior to participation.

  In the case of identical teams (including captain and vice-captain selections) entered into public contests with two or more members, the prize money will be equally divided among all such participants.

  8.6 Multiple Entries and Restrictions

  Unless specified otherwise, each participant is allowed to enter only one team per contest. For contests labeled as Multiple Entry Contests, users may submit more than one team, subject to a maximum team limit defined by Payday Fantasybook.

  Payday Fantasybook may, at its sole discretion, limit the number of teams a user can create or enter in any format to maintain fairness and prevent misuse.

  8.7 Contest Integrity and Liability

  To maintain the fairness and integrity of its contests, Payday Fantasybook reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in response to policy violations, including:

  • Withholding or forfeiting winnings
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action, where applicable

  Payday Fantasybook shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures caused by external events, technical faults, or force majeure situations that are beyond reasonable control. The platform shall not be obligated to compensate users beyond the entry fee amount or prize amount specifically related to the affected contest(s).

  In all cases, Payday Fantasybook retains complete authority to determine contest results, prize eligibility, refunds, and account status, ensuring the platform remains viable, fair, and sustainable for all users.

9. Contest Formats

• Currently, Only one format of contest is made available on Payday Fantasybook app (1) Public Contests, where Users can participate in a Contest with other Users without any restriction on participation.

Public contest

• In the Public contest format of the Contest(s), Payday Fantasybook may make available the Contest(s) comprising of 2 - 100 Participants or any other pre-designated number of Participants.
• Payday Fantasybook may create this format of the Contest(s) as a paid format and the Winner will be determinable at the end of the match as per rule of the contests.
• The number of Participants required to make the Contest(s) operational will be pre-specified and once the number of Participants in such Contest(s) equals the pre-specified number required for that Contest(s), such Contest(s) shall be operational. In case the number of Participants is less than the pre-specified number at the time of commencement of the match, such Contest(s) will not be operational and the pre-designated amount paid by each Participant shall be returned to the account of such User without any charge or deduction.
• In certain Contests across the Payday Fantasybook Services, designated as “Guaranteed contests”, the Contest(s) shall become operational only when a minimum of two users join a Guaranteed Contest. The pre-specified number of winners to be declared in such Contest(s), even if all available Participant slots (as pre-specified in relation to the Contest(s)) remain unfilled. It is clarified that notwithstanding the activation of such Contest(s), Participants can continue to join such Contest(s) till either

  (i) all available Participant slots of such Contest(s) are filled, or

  (ii) the match to which the Contest (s) relates commences, whichever is earlier. In the event of shortfall in the number of participants joining the Guaranteed Contest, Payday Fantasybook shall continue with such contests and the short fall in the prize pool shall be borne by Payday Fantasybook.

10. Eligibility

• The Contest(s) are open only to persons above the age of 18 years.
• The Contest(s) are open only to persons currently residing in the US and US Citizens.
• Persons who wish to participate must have a valid email address.
• Payday Fantasybook may on receipt of information bar a person from participation and/or withdrawing winning amounts if such person is found to be one with insider knowledge of participating teams in any given contests/match, organising boards, leagues etc.

Only those Participants who have successfully registered on the Payday Fantasybook app as well as registered prior to each match in accordance with the procedure outlined above shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and win prizes.

11. Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

A. Payment Processing Errors:

• If a transaction is charged incorrectly or fails to process properly due to a technical issue on our platform, we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.
• If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction, we will issue a refund for the additional charges.

B. Failed Transactions:

If a transaction fails, no charge is applied, and a refund is not necessary. Such issues are typically handled by your payment provider directly.

2. Bonus Funds:

Bonus funds, such as promotional or referral bonuses, are for gameplay purposes only. These funds cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds for Deposits Used in Contests:

Deposited funds that have been used for contest entry or gameplay are not refundable, as they have already been used for participation in the app’s contests.

4. Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions and Adjustments:

We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, but this is at our sole discretion. Any refunds provided as exceptions will be processed as per the amount received after transaction fees.

6. How to Request a Refund:

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction details, including your PayPal account ID. Our team will review your request and get back to you within [X] business days.

Important Note:

By using our services, you agree to the above refund policy and acknowledge that refunds are handled in accordance with these guidelines.

12. Payment Terms

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms:

A. Deposits:

• Users may deposit funds into their account using PayPal within the App.
• Deposits are subject to a processing fee, which will be clearly communicated to users during the deposit process.
• Users must ensure that their deposited funds comply with any applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

B. Withdrawals:

Setting up Withdrawal Limit has full ownership on Payday Fantasybook. Withdrawal process on Payday Fantasybook subjects to various process within the Payday Fantasybook App. The Process is as follows:

KYC Verification:

Users are required to go through a three step process to verify their KYC. The three step includes:

1. Personal Details

Users are required to submit their personal details including Social Security Number(SSN). The required personal details are as follows:

• First Name and Last Name
• Date of birth
• Last 4 digits of Social Security Number (SSN)
• Country (Must be within in United States of America (USA))
• Residential Address
• Residential City
• Residential State
2. Government issued document Verification:

Users are required to submit any of the three government issued documents.

• US Passport
• State issued Driving License
• Certificate of Citizenship

These details in the documents should match the personal details submitted by the user.

3. Self-Certified Identification (SCID) Verification:

SCID is simply a photo of the user, holding the user's current, valid government issued licence or passport next to the user’s face. This does not include temporary IDs, student IDs, or military IDs.

By acknowledging, the user declares that they are providing their details and information at their own discretion, affirming that the information provided is valid and accurate.

2. Bank Account Verification:

Users are required to submit their bank details including Cancelled Cheque or Bank Account statement. The required bank details are as follows:

• Bank Account number
• Account Holder Name
• Residential Address
• Country
• State
• Phone Number
• Currency
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Alternate Phone Number
• Cancelled cheque or Bank Account statement

By acknowledging, the user declares that they are providing their details and information at their own discretion, affirming that the information provided is valid and accurate.

3. Email Verification:

Users are required to verify their email account through a link sent to their provided email.

Users can request withdrawals through Bank Transfer within the App. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing time, and users will be notified of any delays.

Users may be required to provide additional information or documentation to facilitate withdrawals in compliance with anti-money laundering and other regulatory requirements.

C. Limits and Restrictions:

• We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount and frequency of deposits and withdrawals.
• Users must comply with any restrictions imposed by the App, including those related to minimum and maximum transaction amounts.

D. Transaction Fees:

Users may be subject to fees for certain transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to users before completing a transaction.

E. Termination and Suspension:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any other breach of applicable laws and regulations.

F. Modifications:

We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes. Continued use of the App after modifications implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

G. User’s responsibility:

User’s are solely responsible for the personal and bank data which they provide during the process of withdrawal. User account will be terminated on any fraudulent activity. In case of any inaccurate information including (Social Security Number SSN) or documents provided by the user, Payday Fantasybook will not be responsible and their withdrawal request will be declined.

Users can contact the helpdesk through email and get assistance on proceeding with their withdrawal process.

Taxes:

Users are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes, including but not limited to income tax, associated with earnings generated through the use of our App. We do not withhold any taxes on behalf of users. It is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws and regulations of the United States of America.

13. Tabulation of Fantasy Points

Payday Fantasybook may obtain the score feed and other information required for the computation and tabulation of fantasy points from third party service provider(s) and/or official website of the match organiser. However, Payday Fantasybook hereby clarifies that it relies on the accuracy and completeness of such third party score/statistic feeds and does not itself warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy thereof and, in any event, shall take no responsibility for inaccuracies in computation and tabulation of fantasy points or the selection of winners as a result of any inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third party service provider. Users and Participants agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Payday Fantasybook in this respect.

14. Publicity

Acceptance of a prize by the Winner constitutes permission for Payday Fantasybook and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice, and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further permissions, consents, or additional compensation. Winners agree to be available for promotional activities as planned by Payday Fantasybook, including press events, internal meetings, and ceremonies/functions, without any charge. The specific dates for promotional activities remain at the sole discretion of Payday Fantasybook.

15. General Conditions

If Payday Fantasybook becomes aware of any governmental, statutory, or regulatory compliance required for a Contest or if the conduct of a Contest is prohibited, Payday Fantasybook may withdraw or cancel such Contest without prior notice to Participants or winners.
